When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Preview Access

We may provide limited preview access to audit results before purchase. Full access to detailed reports and recommendations requires a paid subscription.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at the current rate until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Storelint and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your audit reports are yours to use. However, you may not claim our recommendations or methodology as your own or resell them without authorization.

7. User Content

By submitting URLs for auditing, you represent that:

• You own or have permission to audit the submitted website
• The website does not contain illegal content
• You have the authority to grant us access to analyze the site

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Audit results will be accurate or complete
• Implementing our recommendations will increase your sales
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

Our recommendations are based on industry best practices but are not guarantees of performance improvements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STORELINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storelint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the Service
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storelint operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
